We are here to break down barriers and to share success more evenly by connecting producers and consumers. We are here to expose the divide between cafe culture and coffee origin. In my opinion, that divide lies in the roasterie.  

The roasterie is the hidden world, where mere grains get transformed into mysteries. In the hands of the roaster, neither producer nor consumer understands the true nature of their coffee.
